SunsEnergy Ltd pride themselves on offering a supportive and informative service for domestic clients from start to finish. If a issue presents itself we will always work to find the right resolution for you as quick as possible, however we avoid this at all if we possibly can.
Once you have spoken to one of our knowledgeable representatives and decided to place your domestic order with SunsEnergy Ltd we will guide you through the entire process. One of our customer service representatives will contact you to confirm your order and explain the steps that will need to be carried out to ensure the installation runs smoothly keeping you informed every step of the way.
Due to the recent change in the FEED IN TARIFF scheme at the beginning of the year one of the first steps is to check what your current EPC rating is. This rating needs to reach a level D55 on the EPC Certificate before the installation for the higher Feed In Tariff rate to be received for all domestic installations.

Anyone can check there EPC on the national database. Its a very simple process , click HERE to find yours.
When we know that that the EPC is fine one of our friendly operations team will call to arrange a survey and installation date.With all installations we will always send a surveyor out once you have seen one of our our representatives. This is because the surveyor has the technical experience to ensure that everything our representative has quoted for is correct, as our representatives have extensive product knowledge and the role of our surveyors is to visit your property to ensure the technical specification of the install is accurate. This is a huge advantage point to using our company as other competitors use one staff member to complete all roles. In using staff experienced in their direct fields of expertise this ensures a professional and accurate service.

If for any reason after the survey any amendments need to be made we will provide you with an updated quote reflecting this.
Once you and our technical team are happy with your order we will proceed to your install. Most Domestic installs can be carried out within one working day . Exceptions to this can be larger installations, or higher story buildings or slate roofs, however if this is to be the case we will advise you of this.
When the install has been completed our customer service team will send you out a ‘Handover Pack’. This contains all the information relating to your install. This will have enclosed everything from your invoices to the detailed information relating to the product you have had installed.
Incorporated into this will be your FEED IN TARIFF FORMS.
Our customer Service team will complete the majority of the application for you taking the stress away trying to figure out what it all means. This means that you will need to complete the areas marked. This will normally be your personal details and the sections of the form that require your signature.
The FEED IN TARIFF forms will also include a covering letter. This explains the 3 simple pieces of evidence you need to provide along with your FEED IN TARIFF form to complete your application and send it to your energy supplier to apply for the FEED IN TARIFF SCHEME. This can be done via email and post.
The Handover documents that we send out to you are always sent via recorded delivery through the royal mail.
